NOTICE EFFECTIVE 7-11-2026 
Due to a gross violation of our "TERMS OF USE" (see link below) whereby an Absentee Owner Member who invited themselves, illegally allowed a NON-HOMEOWNER to access our website over 140 times in a one year period, causing their termination from our membership. 
 
We welcome our members to log in as they wish, however major excessive login will be investigated and that member may be subject to termination. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
 
All Surfcrest Community Homeowners are WELCOME here, however going forward all homeowners must be invited by a Current Member Homeowner, and be Verified by that member before being accepted as a NEW Member.  So, be sure to Include the MEMBER WHO INVITED YOU on the registration form.  
 
Since we do not always have an updated Homeowner List, To Become A Member you {May Be} asked to provide proof of Surfcrest home ownership (copy of Mgmt. Co. Billing Statement, Property Title Document, escrow papers, utility bill, or other proof) to maintain privacy protection of all non-public documents. ONLY Surfcrest Homeowners are allowed access, not Non-Homeowners, not tenants.

Because we encourage your comments within the website, and want to insure your privacy. We realize that some Members prefer to be ANONYMOUS so they can speak more freely about issues that they are passionate about.  Therefore, If you prefer to be ANONYMOUS within the website, once your Registration has been approved, just send a Fictitious Name via the "CONTACT US" form in the Menu.  Your address or phone number will not appear in the Member directory, only your New Fictitious Name & Which HOA you belong to.  Then, when you comment on a post, your privacy is protected.
